Looking at your sunken ship,
I want to dive into your wreckage,
as I know your treasures are hidden deep,
deep within the waters,
the murky waters of the river Clyde.
So still does the water sit,
So much darkness there mixed in with it.
A shipwreck just waiting to be discovered and your true glory uncovered.
As I dive deep and vision blind,
who knows what treasures I will find.
A pirate would have left a trap,
but you my love left a treasure map.
So cold this water,
vision thick with scum,
I can’t believe I’m the only one,
to discover what I have found,
lurking in the underground.
Your treasures can never be worn or seen,
but I know their worth becauase I have been.
